To start my project, I begun to look at rival banks on Trustpilot to see reviews on what people like and dislike about their bank. This will help me to see what the strengths and weaknesses are overall.
This is mobile banking that puts you in control of your money. Their main aims is that your spending and savings account, with no overdraft fees, where you can make the best with your budget, manage payments and subscriptions and save money.
I went onto Trustpilot and searched for banks, to research what strengths various banks have, looking in particular at modern day banking apps. From reading different 5 star reviews, I found that the majority of people were overall satisfied with this app. They found this bank is:
I had a look at the 1 star reviews, to find out the areas in this bank that need to be improved on. The main issue people had was that the customer service is very slow and unhelpful when you come across an issue, such as: your account being frozen. Also, someone found the setting up of the account very difficult, putting it down to the technology.
These are slightly to different from regulars banks, as you don’t have to visit a branch because everything is done through the app.
