1. Productivity-Notion
A flexible workspace for note-taking, task management, and collaboration. Students use it to organise lectures, assignments, and personal tasks.

Strengths:
- Notion combines your notes, tasks, schedules, and other important information into one easy-to-use platform.
- You can personalise the layout and structure to fit your specific needs, for personal use or teamwork.
- Perfect for group projects, with features for real-time collaboration, comments, and shared workspaces.
- Notion syncs across all your devices: phone, tablet, and computer so you can easily access your information from anywhere.
Weaknesses:
- New users may find it challenging at first due to the variety of features and options to explore.
- Notion doesn’t work as smoothly without an internet connection, which can be an issue when you're offline.
- As you store more data, Notion can become slow, especially with large pages or complex databases.
- There’s no built-in reminder system for tasks, so you’ll need to use workarounds to get notifications.

💡
As a frequent user of Notion, I don't find many issues with the app, but the lack of offline functionality is frustrating since any work done offline won't be saved. Additionally, after using it for nearly 2 years, I've noticed the app occasionally lags, forcing me to restart it multiple times.

Opportunity:
Notion lacks built-in reminders, making it difficult to track deadlines. Users have to depend on external app Notion Calendar. Adding reminders with notifications, due dates, and recurring options would help students stay organised seamlessly within Notion.
2. Study Tool-Quizlet
A flashcard app for students to create and study with digital flashcards.
