After speaking with my lecturer about my three ideas, it was reassuring to hear that my first two are my strongest and the last one I could look at it at a different perspective.

Instead of helping with how to buy a house, guidance on selling your first home. I didn’t realise how difficult this process was until researching more into it.

First Home Selling: I noticed that first-time sellers often feel unsure about where to begin when selling their home. I chose to focus on guiding them through the selling process, explaining key terms and helping them understand how to prepare their home, set a suitable asking price, and navigate the steps involved in completing the sale.

SWOT Table:

I created a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each of the three ideas.

This helped me to understand the potential of each idea while also identifying the problems and challenges that I could come across.

It allowed me to consider each concept from different viewpoints and recognise areas that I could further develop.
