Another part of my research, was to make a user persona using the responses from my banking survey and make up a character summarising the values, goals, frustration's and interests of this made up person.

I found this a good way to compile all my survey responses by creating a character with the most important answers. I really enjoyed this technique, as it seems more relatable than just looking at a visual representation of answers.
