This content includes certain needs or requests from the client. It can be collected by talking directly with the client or through surveys to learn about their goals and priorities for the project. Managing this can be difficult because what the client wants mightn’t always match good UX practices.
This type of content is entirely self-directed, and is often in the form of blogging. There are numerous UX design blogs, that provide insights and perspectives on different aspects of the field.
User-generated content (UGC) is original content created by customers and posted on platforms they use. UGC can take many forms, including images, texts, videos, reviews, testimonials, or even podcasts.
It was interesting to learn about the different forms of content. I already would’ve been familiar with these but I had no idea how they were connected to UX Design, but it makes sense because of how it’s included in the design process.
