Wolfgang Weingart:

He’s internationally recognised for his work in Graphic Design and Typography. His work is characterised as Swiss Typography. He’s regarded as the pioneer of ‘New Wave’ typography.

I like the style of his work “New Wave” typography, showing inconsistent letter spacing and unusual positioning of letters. His use of mirroring letters is very effective, creating a pattern within the typography. The various sizing of letterforms, draws your attentions to the page, with the negative space enhancing the overall view.
