I had seen this term before, but I wasn’t really sure what it involved exactly. I think this method is really important as designers, in order to make changes to any issues found during testing.


Usability Testing Process:

  1. Identify tasks for users to complete.
  2. Prepare interview questions for before and after testing.
  3. Conduct the test while recording observations.

Why is it important in UX Design?

Personally, I feel it’s vital to perform usability testing on a product to understand the user’s behaviour because it will guarantee improve the overall user experience resulting in satisfied customers.
