I had seen this term before, but I wasn’t really sure what it involved exactly. I think this method is really important as designers, in order to make changes to any issues found during testing.

I came across this journey map below representing the different types of usability testing: remote, moderated/unmoderated and in-person. The colour coding and connection lines help to show the key differences between each.
Personally, I feel it’s vital to perform usability testing on a product to understand the user’s behaviour because it will guarantee improve the overall user experience resulting in satisfied customers.
